Could this be a sinus infection?

About 2 weeks ago I got a fever that lasted about 5 days. It wasn't the flu, and I felt really off-balance constantly. I don't have a fever now, but I still feel off-balance, though not as much as before. Also until recently, I had a headache for 5 days straight in the back and top of my head that was either tingly, or pressure. Occasionally it was in my forehead. Its still here a little bit, but not as much as before. Also, my ears feel kind of full, almost like when you get out of the pool and shake your head around and it almost sloshes but not quite....lastly, my eyelids are a little swollen and don't hurt, but have been swollen for a little while. I'm not really congested, but could this be a sinus infection or other sinus-related problems...???
