Whats a good 1200w car amplifier?

Im Looking for some new subs for my car (2005 honda accord) and i know i want 1200w worth, so i need help finding a good amp that's ((not to expensive)). Right now im looking at a rockford fosgate p3 12" 1000w sub, or maybe the MTX terminator dual 12" enclosure. Im looking to spend 200-300$, any help appreciated =)
