Why didn't kay hagan, Brad miller,Bev perdue and DOJ Roy Cooper help me with the drug crime lab and DNA test?

I wanted them to help me investigate the sheriff said they sent drugs to the lab and i never seen result and i been asking for help for seven years Bev. Perdue sign laws to block me and i want to know why? and i wanted to know about the DNA testing and she block that i want to know why she told me she don't get into this stuff but she runs to help the state trooper and i want to know why??
