Honestly, you didn't eat enough. You need to eat a balanced diet. And the only way kids gain the "freshman fifteen" is if they binge on junk food, pizza, and beer. So as long as you eat healthfully (like a vegetarian or vegan diet) you will not gain weight. Of course, exercise helps (walking across campus to cl counts...). So do try to eat a little more. If you don't want a meal, I would highly suggest Clif or larabars. They are totally natural, filling, vegan, and healthy.
