If someone acts like a jerk to you, is a better response to cuss them out, ignore them, or act indiffeent?

This guy I was talking to was supposed to meet up with me today. But he pretty much stood me up. My initial reaction is to cuss him out or send him a nasty note. But then I started thinking. Which response would be more poignant? To ignore him from here on out. Or when he calls/texts next to just act completely indifferent, lke it didn't matter and just do not agree to make plans with him anymore.
