Where can I find a hotel/resort/banquet hall/country club etc. that will allow outside catering for a wedding?

Looking for a reasonable priced place to have wedding reception and possible ceremony that allows outside catering. I do not need a wedding coordinator (I am an event coordinator for Marriott so I can plan everything myself). My uncle owns a catering business and I really want to use him. Please help me find a nice place!! Thanks!
