Why does everyone say Marshawn Lynch is a beast?

He is having a horrible season and isn't that much of a TD threat at all and is way less punishing then Brandon Jacobs. Its not like he is carrying his team, not even close so how is he a beast I just think he is a good running back but everyone says he is a beast and I'm tired of it even LT with a hurt toe got 2 100 yard games and has carried his team numerous times in his career and Lynch hasn't even gotten over 84 yards this season. Last season he didn't have a stunning ypc average either. I'm not a hater just tired of everyone calling him a beast.
